The transmission of sub or main contractors offer is done by Email. The offer selection identification stage includes an intermediate stage (29) for Email transmission of a particular request to allow the service provider to access to the electronic address of the particular contractor making the request. This intermediate stage is followed by a transmission stage in which the Email address of the person making the request is forwarded to the person offering the service.
