Consultation justice,as a new judicial trend,is closely related to procuratorial sentencing proposal.Procuratorial sentencing proposal is thus absolutely necessary,since it is a very important ＂bargaining counter＂ for procuratorial organ to negotiate with the defender and an effective guarantee for consultative judicatory justice and efficiency,demanded by the procuratorial organ＇s public credit.So,the system of procuratorial sentencing proposal should fit in with the needs of consultation justice.%协商性司法作为一种全新的司法潮流,与检察机关量刑建议有着密切的联系。在协商性司法背景下,检察机关量刑建议有其内在必要性,检察机关量刑建议是其参与控辩协商的重要＂筹码＂,是协商性司法公正与效率的重要保障,同时也是检察机关维护其公信力的迫切需要。检察机关量刑建议的具体制度构建也应适应这种司法潮流的需要。
