技术风险及其规避对策研究综述——以“北京技术哲学论坛”为例

风险和技术风险既有联系又有区别,研究技术风险既要进行整体研究又要进行具体研究,研究技术风险需要进行视角转换,规避技术风险主要包括技术和社会对策、政治和法律对策以及道德伦理对策。%Risks and technology risks are related but different.Both comprehensive and specific approaches are required in the study of technology risks and a shift in research angle is also needed.And the prevention of technology risks calls for social,political,legal,moral and ethical measures.
