粉末冶金齿轮在干运转状态下的轮齿磨损分析

摘要

本文在无润滑条件下对直齿轮磨损形态进行建模,同时对建模所计算出的磨损度与实际实验所得出的磨损度作出比较,通过比较分析得出影响齿轮磨损的一些因素。%In this research,we establish a model to predict the wear pattern of spur gear tooth under unlubricated conditions,and compare the predicted wear depth with experimental results.Through the comparison,we know some factors that influence the wearing.
