The pivot lever (70) has a long hole (72) fit over the output shaft (34) of the hand lever (28) that rest at center in rest position. The pivot lever has left and right engagement cams (74,76) with teeth matching gear teeth of adjustment wheel (36) attached to output shaft. The gear teeth disengage from wheel in rest state. The drive regions (50,80) in the hand lever and pivot lever engage mutually.
