以5所高职10名辅导员质的研究,探讨高职辅导员职业状态。通过访谈发现,辅导员的工作内容、工作环境和条件、职业主观状态、职业认同、职业发展呈现出边缘化状态。造成这一状况,既有国家政策、体制和环境的问题,也有辅导员态度、信念、认知的问题,如辅导员普遍表现出主观胜任力较高、对专职教师表现出过度认同等。%The research is to explore the higher vocational counselor’s occupational status. 10 counselors from 5 higher vocational colleges are interviewed. It is found that counselor’s work, working condition and environment, profes-sional identification, subjective status and professional development are marginal. The paper believes that the govern-ment policy, institution and environment as well as counselor’s attitude, belief, perception may all account for these problems.
