In this paper, constructivism, situated cognition and interactive teaching theory are reviewed. And on the basis of analysis of the relationship among knowledge management, Web2.0 and learning environment, it presents the design principles of Web2.0 personal learning environment based on knowledge management. According to the application of Web2.0 technologies, an online personal learning environment platform is designed and developed to promote the development of the individual learner.%分析厘清知识管理、Web2.0和个人学习环境三者间关系的基础上,结合建构主义、情境认知、教学交互理论,给出了基于知识管理的Web2.0个人学习环境的设计原则,并据此运用Web2.0技术设计开发了在线个人学习环境系统平台,以促进学习者个体发展。
