车削零件时影响加工尺寸精度的误差分析与控制

摘要

针对车削零件加工时影响尺寸精度的因素，从车刀安装误差、车刀积屑瘤形成机制、机床滑板及主轴间隙、测量方法与环境影响等多个方面进行了分析，探讨其影响成因并提出了一些控制解决方法，可用以提高零件加工尺寸的精度。%With regards to the dimensional accuracy, this article analyzes from the following aspects: installation of turning tool, the formation mechanism of built-up edge, the clearance between machine tool slide and spindle, measuring methods and environmental influence, etc. to explore the factors that may lead to the dimensional errors , and therefore proposes some solutions to ensure the accuracy of parts.
