肖家营中低品位磷矿中倍半氧化物赋存状态分析

         

摘要

This paper analyzed the sesquioxide in the mid-low grade dolomitic phosphate rock in Xiaojiaying from the view of Process Mineralogy. Combined with chemical analysis method, using the BX51 polarizing microscope to detect the mode of occurrence and disseminated size of sesquioxide. The results show that the existence of Fe2O3 is mainly limonite, showing infection-like and scattered-like disseminated in the dolomitic phosphate rock. Al2O3 mainly occur in the clay,and to embed in dolomitic phosphate rock at scattered-like. when grinding fineness is -0.074 mm accounted for 855, the limonite and clay of the particle size of less than 20 μm has better dissociation.%从工艺矿物学的角度对肖家营矿区中低品位白云质磷块岩进行了分析,结合化学分析方法,使用BX51偏光显微镜检测倍半氧化物的赋存状态和嵌布粒度,研究结果表明:Fe2O3主要以褐铁矿存在,呈侵染状,分散状嵌布于白云质磷块岩中;Al2O3主要赋存于粘土矿物中,以分散状嵌布于白云质磷块岩中,磨矿细度-0.074 mm占85%时,粒径小于20 μm的褐铁矿、粘土单体解离较好.
