柴油机咬缸后活塞、缸套组件拆卸技术研究

摘要

为了顺利的拉出咬缸后的活塞、缸套组件,制定了三套不同的方案：利用起吊活塞的专用工具在吊起活塞的同时一起拉出缸套;煤油浸泡法;化学反应水垢结合热胀冷缩再利用自制工具向上顶压缸套的方法。事实证明,第三套方案能够在不损伤机体的情况下拆卸缸套和活塞。%For smoothly pulling out the snapped component of piston and liner kit,three different programs are developed: pulling out the piston and the liner at the same time by special tools;using kerosene immersion method;using chemical methods to heat and cool liner,and then use a homemade tool to top up the cylinder liner.Facts have proved that the third set of program can pull out the snapped component of piston and liner in the case of the no damaging the framework.
