目前，对高职教育资源共享的研究已经进入到如何实现充分共享的层面，武汉“1＋8”城市圈作为中部崛起的重要战略支点，圈内高职教育资源共享的机制建设和组织管理等问题亟待解决。要在武汉“1＋8”城市圈内实现高职教育资源的充分共享和常态化，根本的出路在于确立协调彼此之间利益关系的共享机制，发挥制度的优越性，建立科学有效的协调和管理机构。在具体操作方面，城市圈内部可实现教师资源、专业建设资源、科研资源、实训资源、文献信息资源的共享。%To realize adequate sharing of higher vocational education resources among “1+8 city circle”of Wuhan is becoming a hot-discussed issue because“1+8 city circle”is the foun-dation for rising of central China economy ,but some existing problems are still waiting to be solved such as resource sharing system establishing and organization and management .It is proposed in the essay that the sharing system should be established for equal benefits and co-ordination and management party also should be built .In practice ,teaching staff ,specialty construction materials ,scientific research resources ,skills training resources and literature information can be shared with the city circle .
