烘焙食品门店零售包装特征研究

         

摘要

烘焙食品根据其零售业态具有不同的产品特性、制作方式、销售方式等,对于其包装提出了不同的要求。以烘焙门店的零售业态为研究切入点,通过对其业态特性进行分析,了解烘焙食品的门店零售包装的存在环境,明确业态的各个组合要素特性,分析其如何作用于包装,从而总结出烘焙食品的门店零售包装的呈现特征及体现方式。%Due to the retail format,baked food tend to have different characteristics,produc-tion and marketing methods,as a result,different requirements are put forward for the pack-aging.Taking the retail business of baking shop as the research breakthrough point,through analyzing the characteristics of its business,it is understood that the retail packaging of baked goods in the existing environment,the characteristics of the various combinations of factors,analysis of its role in the packaging,so as to summarize the characteristics of the re-tail packaging of bakery goods and the way of expression.
