自我怜悯健康自我观在锻炼情境中的运用

     

摘要

Studies showed that self-compassion could build up self-esteem as a new healthy opinion of self.This research targeted at the women taking physical exercises to reveal the relationship between self compassion,self esteem,exercise motivation and psychological variances.It could be seen that self pity and internal motivation were positively related while self pity was negatively related to the external motivation,internal motivation,ego goal orientation,social physique anxie-ty,and compulsive physical exercise.Hierarchical regression analysis showed that self-compassion contributed more to the internal motivation,self goal orientation,social physique anxiety and compulsive physical exercise than the self-es-teem.It could promote the women's participation in physical exercises.%已有文献表明,自我怜悯作为一种健康自我观的新构念,是对自尊的补充。以女性大学生锻炼者为研究对象,探究了自我怜悯、自尊和锻炼动机以及与锻炼有关的心理变量的关系。研究得出:自我怜悯和内部动机显著正相关,和外部动机、内摄动机、自我目标定向、社会躯体焦虑和强迫锻炼行为显著负相关;独立分层回归分析表明,自我怜悯在内摄动机、自我目标定向、社会躯体焦虑和强迫锻炼行为等几方面对方差的贡献超过自尊。研究证明了自我怜悯和锻炼情境中幸福感相联系,提出发展自我怜悯对于促进女性参与锻炼是重要的。
