时间阻断与空间阻断对羽毛球运动员接发球预判成绩的实验研究

摘要

This study was to examine the badminton athletes' reaction time and judging accuracy in serve placement under different time (100ms before hitting the shuttle, the moment when hitting the shuttle and 100ms after hitting the shuttle) and space blocking condition (racket, the arm holding racket, the trunk) from the perspective of cognitive psychology.30 athletes on different sport level (expert group, medium level group, novice group) participated in this experiment.The result suggested that: (1) time blocking had significant influence on the athletes' reaction time and judging accuracy in serve placement.The expert athletes had significant higher judging accuracy than the medium level and the novice athletes, but there was no significant difference on the reaction time between different sport level.(2) The space blocking had significant influence on the athletes' reaction time and judging accuracy in serve placement.The expert athletes had significant higher judging accuracy than the medium level and the novice athletes on different space blocked, but no significant difference was found on the athletes' reaction time between different blocked space.%依据运动认知理论,为了检验时间阻断与空间阻断对羽毛球运动员接发球判断反应时和准确性的影响,研究采用时间(击球前100ms 、击球瞬间、击球后100ms) 和空间(球拍、持球上肢和躯干)阻断技术对30 名不同运动水平的(专家组、中等水平组和新手组)羽毛球运动员进行测试.研究结果表明,(1) 时间阻断对羽毛球运动员接发球判断反应时和准确性有显著影响.在不同时间阻断条件下,专家组运动员接发球判断准确性显著高于中等水平组和新手组.但在判断反应时上没有表现出运动水平的优势.(2) 空间阻断对羽毛球运动员接发球判断反应时和准确性有显著影响.在不同空间阻断条件下,专家组运动员接发球判断准确性显著高于中等水平组和新手组.但在不同遮挡部位之间运动员的接发球判断反应时上没有表现出显著差异.
