冷轧辊双频感应淬火热处理工艺探讨

介绍了M C5冷轧辊双频感应淬火热处理技术，详细阐述了M C5热处理工艺，对冷轧辊淬火提出了新的见解，进而把轧辊质量提高到进口M C5轧辊的水平。%The paper discusses the double-frequency induction quenching and the technological process of MC5 heat treatment of cold roll in WISCO Roll Company .New ideas of quenching the cold roll have been proposed ,thus making the quality of cold roll parallel with the import roll .
