3种激素不同处理穗条对油茶扦插效果的影响

We used 3 types of hormones, I. E. ABT1, NAA and IAA, to study their effects on cuttage rooting of Camellia oleifera. It showed that ABT, and NAA were suitable for the cuttage rooting, and the concentration of ABT, was recommanded as 200 mg/L and immersed for 2 h, while that of NAA 100mg/L for 1 h. And that of IAA was far from ideal and not be recommanded in cuttage of Camellia oleifera.%通过选用ABT1、NAA和IAA 3种生长激素及不同处理浓度及时间对油茶扦插生根效果的影响试验,结果表明:ABT1和NAA适合油茶的扦插繁殖,ABT1 200 mg/L浓度浸泡2h处理效果最好,NAA 100 mg/L浓度浸泡1h处理效果也较好,IAA对于促进油茶扦插的生根效果并不理想,在油茶的扦插繁殖中不宜选用IAA.
