不同穗条和外源激素对旱冬瓜扦插生根的影响

         

摘要

The U8(21 ×43)uniform experiment design was applied to conduct cuttage rooting trail for Alnus nepalen-sis, and the effects of different scion types and ABT 2#, IBA, NAA on rooting rates and root numbers was analyzed . The results showed that there were 3 types of cuttages rootings for A.nepalensis, namely callus , cortex and mixed rooting .Rooting rates of 9 treatment combinations ( 8 of uniform experiment design and 1 of lateral branch ’ CK ) were 3.3%~46.7%, and the highest was found in the scion from lateral branches quickly dipped in mixed solu-tion of ABT2#, IBA and NAA with concentration rate of 0.10 g· L-1 , 0.50 g· L-1 and 0.50 g· L-1 .There was no phenomenon of callus rooting for the scion from main trunks .The maximum number of roots was 7.5 and its sci-on was from lateral branch with treatment of mixed ABT 2#, IBA and NAA in concentration rate of 0.50 g · L-1 , 0.50 g· L-1 and 0.10 g· L-1.In all of applied hormones, the primary factor which influence rooting rate and rooting numbers was the IBA.Different rooting types were controlled by IBA concentration rate.Scion from lateral branches was the main source for cuttage .%采用U8(21×43)均匀设计,对不同穗条类型和激素ABT2#、 IBA、 NAA进行旱冬瓜扦插生根的试验,分析因素及水平对其生根率和生根数的影响。结果表明,旱冬瓜扦插有愈伤、皮部和混合生根3种类型;9个处理组合(8个均匀加1个侧枝的对照)的生根率为3.3%~46.7%,生根率最高的是侧枝穗条蘸ABT2#、 IBA和NAA,浓度分别为0.10 g· L-1、0.50 g· L-1和0.50 g· L-1的混合溶液扦插;主干穗条无愈伤生根类型,侧枝穗条愈伤生根数最多的达7.5条·株-1,处理为侧枝穗条蘸ABT2#、 IBA和NAA,浓度分别为0.50 g · L-1、0.50 g· L-1和0.10 g· L-1混合溶液。试验所用激素中, IBA是影响生根率和生根数的主要因子,同时其浓度的不同,决定着生根类型的变化。侧枝是旱冬瓜扦插的主要穗条材料。
