In order to clarify the chemical constituents of the fibrous roots of Paris Polyphylla var.yunnanensis, an phytochemical investigation on its fibrous roots was carried out.Four compounds were isolated on the basis of vari-ous chromatographies over D101 macroporous resin, normal and reverse phase silica gel (Rp-18), SephadexLH-20, and semi-prepative HPLC.Their structures were identified as ursolic acid (1), salvigenin (2), polyphyl-linⅤ (3) and polyphyllin Ⅵ (4) on the by comparison of their NMR and MS data with those reported values. Among them, compounds 1 and 2 were isolated from Paris species for the first time.%为研究滇重楼须根中的化学成分, 通过D101大孔树脂、 硅胶柱层析、 反相硅胶 ( Rp-18 )、 Sephadex LH-20和半制备HPLC等多种分离方法, 对滇重楼干燥须根的乙醇提取物进行了化学成分研究. 根据现代波谱学( NMR和质谱MS) 技术, 从中分离并鉴定了1个三萜, 1个黄酮和2个甾体皂苷化合物, 它们的结构分别鉴定为乌索酸 (1), 三裂鼠尾草素 (2), 重楼皂苷Ⅴ (3), 重楼皂苷Ⅵ (4). 其中, 化合物1和2为首次从该属植物中分离得到.
