白骨壤枝叶及其气生根挥发物的ATD-GC/MS 联用分析

         

摘要

The constituents of volatiles from living and undamaged Avicennia marina ( Forsk.) Vierh.were evalua-ted, both on its 3 a juvenile/80 a adult branches with or without flowers and adult aerial root.It is available for comprehensive utilization in the future.Volatiles of the samples in situ mentioned above were captured by dynamic head-space adsorption within a close and air circular system.And by auto thermal-desorption gas chromatography/mass spectrometry ( ATD-GC/MS ) , the chemical composition was analyzed in detail.Results showed that over 75.0 %of the total volatile percentage wasα-pinene in all the branches samples, as the same as ocimene in the aerial root.Terpenes such as β-phellandrene and β-pinene were also with relatively high content.Less alkane, acid, aldehyde and ketone were sheltered in odor by those predominating compounds of terpenes.In general, its volatiles were benefit for human health.Because most of these volatiles released from the tree were widely applied in daily cosmetics and flavors, A.marina is a good choice for fragrant creation with seashore vegetations, and the beneficial compounds could be developed as essential oil, air freshener and other products.%采集白骨壤3年生(幼龄)的开花及无花状态的枝叶、80年生(成年)的开花及无花状态的枝叶及其气生根为实验材料,以动态顶空密闭循环吸附捕集方式获取,用全自动热脱附-气相色谱/质谱( ATD-GC/MS)联用技术检测白骨壤活体枝叶及气生根的自然挥发物成分。结果表明,总体挥发物中的最优势成分为萜烯类化合物,各种枝叶的挥发物中约75.0%均为α-蒎烯,而成年气生根挥发物的75.0%为罗勒烯。试样中存在的β-水芹烯、β-蒎烯等其它萜烯也具有较高含量,而少量烷、酸、醛、酮等化合物无突出气味,使得白骨壤挥发物总体芳香宜人。由于白骨壤挥发物中的各种成分常用于日用香料香精产品,对人体有益,因此该树种符合沿海植被“芳香化”的发展趋势,亦有望开发利用为精油、空气清新剂等。
