数控剖竹机自动换刀机构的设计及其原理

         

摘要

在原有竹材初加工剖竹机基础上,设计了剖竹机的自动换刀机构,以实现竹材剖分自动选刀功能。在分析竹材横截面和竹材质量关系的基础上,利用质量获取竹材横截面信息,通过可编程逻辑控制器( PLC)结合所需的竹条横截面积,计算出该竹材剖分的数量,从而确定刀具的选择,完成数控剖竹机自动换刀过程。该工作原理为自动换刀机构提供了理论依据。%This article documents how an automatic blade changing process is designed and engineered into current machinery for cutting bamboo poles into chips , which makes it possible for the machinery to automatically select proper blades for cutting bamboo poles into chips of desired cross-sections.This is realized by making use of the linkages between the cross-sectional area and weight of a pole-once the cross-sectional area is obtained using a pole ’ s weight , the quantity of bamboo subdivisions will then be calculated with the facility of a programmable logic controller installed in the machinery .Based on this quantity , the right blade is automatically selected and fed to re-place the previous one .This blade-changing process provides a theoretical basis for automatic blade change mecha-nism and would promote the development of bamboo processing machinery .
