流苏光合生理日变化及光响应的特征

摘要

采用Li-6400便携式光合作用测试系统对6个类型的流苏的光合生理指标进行了测定。结果表明，（1）类型四的光合速率日变化呈“双峰型”曲线，类型一、二、三、五、六呈“单峰型”曲线。（2）6个流苏类型的各个光合指标除去Gs均存在极显著的差异。（3）类型六光合能力最强，对光的适应力也很强， Tr稍大，所以在水分充足的情况下可能会生长得更好。%Photosynthetic and physiological index of 6 types of Chionanthus retusus were measured by using portable LI-6400 Photosynthesis System (LI-COR).The results showed that, (1) The net photosynthetic rate of type IV had a bimodal pattern and had a clear midday depression .The net photosynthetic rate of typeⅠ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, ⅤandⅥhad a unimodal pattern;(2) There were significant differences in photosynthetic indexes among these 6 types of Chionanthus retusus except for Gs; (3) Type VI had the best photosynthetic capacity with better ability for adap-ting different light density , therefore it could grow better with enough water .
