不同扦插基质及生长调节剂对美洲扁柏扦插影响∗

         

摘要

对美洲扁柏进行扦插繁殖试验是美洲扁柏标准化生产的重要研究内容,对提高苗木培育水平和质量、丰富园林植物的多样性具有很重要的意义。通过对美洲扁柏半木质化嫩枝采用5种不同生长调节剂及其浓度梯度处理,在泥炭、蛭石和珍珠岩3种材料配成的7种基质组合中进行扦插,研究其插穗的生根率、生根数量、新枝高度和根系长度等指标。结果表明,不同基质对美洲扁柏扦插生根结果差异显著,蛭石+泥炭基质的扦插生根率最高,达92%,蛭石和蛭石+珍珠岩对其生根数量的影响最大,泥炭对其新枝高度影响较大;生长调节剂种类对美洲扁柏生根率的影响比较显著,其中IBA浓度为500mg/L的扦插生根率最高;但所有的生长调节剂对植物体的构建并无明显的促进作用。研究结果将对美洲扁柏的工厂化生产提供必要的技术支撑。%Cuttage propagation test is an important research issue of standardized production of Chamaecyparis law-soniana , which is significant in improving quantity and quality of seedling cultivation and enriching diversity of gar-dens plants. Half-wooden twigs of Chamaecyparis lawsoniana were treated with growth regulators of 5 different con-centrations, cultivated in 7 cutting mediums mixed with peat, vermiculite and perlite, to find out impacts on indi-cators such as rooting percentage, rooting numbers, new branch height and root length etc. . The results showed that: different cutting mediums present great difference on the rooting, and the medium of vermiculite+peat boos-ted rooting percentage to 92%; vermiculite and vermiculite+perlite have greatest influence on rooting numbers while peat has a large inpact on new branch height and numbers; growth regulators own a particular hit on rooting percentage, and the concentration of IBA with 500mg/L won the best rooting percentage; however, all growth regulators has little effect on construction of plant. The research results will provide a necessary technical support to industrialized production of Chamaecyparis lawsoniana.
