高校辅导员应对校园突发事件的能力探究

摘要

当前,高校突发事件频发,并呈现出一些新的特征,这些突发事件对高校辅导员的工作产生了一系列重大而深刻的影响。从这些突发事件中也侧面折射出有些辅导员在应对突发事件时危机意识、责任意识不强,特别是应对突发事件能力明显不足。因此,辅导员能力建设是有效预防和处置高校突发事件的当务之急和必然选择。%Currently,incidents have frequently happened in colleges,and present some new features,which has greatly affected the college counselors＇ work,which partly reflects these counselors＇ weak sense of crisis and responsibility to deal with emergencies,especially in their weak ability to respond to emergencies.Therefore,improving counselors＇ ability is an effective way to prevent and handle emergencies
