新时期高校国防教育与大学生综合素质培养的思考

摘要

National defense education in universities is a part of the national defense education and the important way of quality education of College students as well. The paper summed up in the national defense education practical significance on the basis of national defense education in colleges and universities, put forward to improve the college students' ideological and moral qualities, scientific and cultural quality and health quality which have an important role. On the analysis of China' s national defense education present situation, the paper proposed the establishment of specialized management institutions to make the university defense educa- tion step into standardization, institutionalization and sustainability, to build a team of high quality teachers to guarantee the continu- ous investment of defense education funds, and to achieve education with diversified forms.%高校国防教育是全民国防教育的一部分，也是大学生素质教育的重要途径．文章在总结当前国防教育现实意义的基础上，提出高校国防教育对于提高大学生思想道德素质、科学文化素质和身心健康素质都有重要推动作用，并在分析我国国防教育现状的基础上，提出了成立专门的管理机构，建立高素质的师资队伍，保障国防教育经费的持续投入，实现教育形式多样化等措施和意见．
