苹果树腐烂病的药剂防治研究

摘要

从延长苹果示范区富士苹果树上获取含有苹果树腐烂菌的腐烂组织，通过常规组织分离法获得纯净苹果腐烂菌，以抑菌圈直径为指标，分别用不同浓度的药剂来测定其抑菌的实用效果，采用单种药剂和不同药剂结合的方法探究并挑选出合适浓度的实用药剂．结果显示，单种药剂，如100倍液菌必净、750倍液的福美胂抑菌效果较好；两种药剂结合使用，50倍液菌必净＋750倍液福美胂、1500倍液福美胂＋100倍液菌必净＋1000倍液病毒酰胺是优良的抑菌搭配组合．%Apple tree valsa canker bacteria were separated from the rotting tissue from the Fuji apple trees attacked by apple tree valsa canker in the town of Yanchang, by the way to test the antibacterial effects on the pure bacteria with single and mixed phar- macy of different kinds and concentration, and the diameter of inhibition zone as indicators.
