氰化提金中降低氰化物消耗的研究

             

摘要

氰化提金中,为减少氰化物消耗,提高效益,减少环境污染,结合生产实际,采用加强改进通风设备,适量添加铅盐,控制合适的CaO浓度,保持溶液pH值在12左右,对氰化溶液进行净化再生,同时减少循环溶液中的铜离子积累并使贫液返回闭路循环使用等。结果使氰化物消耗大幅降低,生产成本下降,显著提高了氰化提金中的经济效益和环境效益。%In the cyaniding extraction of gold , in order to decline the cyanides consumption , increase the benefits and reduce the environmental pollution , many measures were used to the purification and regeneration of cyanide solution such as combination with the industrial production practice , by strengthening and improving the ventilation equipments , adding the right amount of lead salts, controlling the appropriate concentration of CaO , keeping pH around 12, at the same time , reducing the copper ion accumula-tion in the circulation solution and returning the barren solution to closed cycle .As a result, the cyanides consumption was greatly reduced, and the cost was declined , the economic benefits and environmental benefits were improved significantly .
