稻稗对(噁)唑酰草胺的非靶标抗药性和对氰氟草酯的交互抗药性

         

摘要

Non-target resistance to metamifop and cross-resistance to cyhalofop-butyl in Echinochloa phyllopogon was evaluated dose-response experiments using populations from Xinming in Liaoning Province (R1 ),Hulin in Hei-longjiang Province (R2 )and Haerbing in Heilongjiang Province (R3 ).The resistance index to metamifop of R1 ,R2 , R3 decreased 1.14,1.71and 2.38 times,respectively after exposure to the cytochrome P450-inhibiting herbicide,ami-trole,indicating that resistance of R2 and R3 to metamifop is associated with the activity of P450 enzymes whereas that of R1 is not.The resistance index to cyhalofop-butyl of R1,R2,R3 populations was 25.7,12.8 and 10.3,which indi-cates that all of the three populations had a cross-resistance to cyhalofop-butyl.%为明确稻稗对(噁)唑酰草胺的非靶标抗药性和对氰氟草酯的交互抗药性水平,通过剂量反应试验测定辽宁新民(R1)、黑龙江虎林(R2)和黑龙江哈尔滨(R3)3个稻稗种群对(噁)唑酰草胺的非靶标抗药性和对氰氟草酯的交互抗药性水平.结果显示,R1、R2、R3在喷施细胞色素P450抑制剂杀草强后对(噁)唑酰草胺的抗性指数比分别为1.14、1.71、2.38,表明R1对(噁)唑酰草胺的抗药性与非靶标P450的活性无关,R2和R3对(噁)唑酰草胺的抗药性可能是靶标与非靶标的共同作用.3个稻稗种群对氰氟草酯的抗性指数分别为25.73、12.79、10.29,表明3个稻稗种群都对氰氟草酯产生了交互抗药性.
