The allelopathic properties of aqueous extracts from Geranium carolinianum L.stems at different concentrations (0,0.1,0.05,0.025,0.0125,0.00625 g/mL) on three recipient plants was studied by indoor bioassays.The extracts were allelophathic on seed germination and seedling growth of all recipient plants , and the effects were positively correlated with extract concentrations.The comprehensive allelopathy effect values of all G. carolinianum extract concentrations to soybeans and corn were negative; but in the case of peanuts were concentration dependent.They were negative at concentrations of 0.10 g/mL and 0.05 g/mL indicating that the growth of peanuts was inhibited; the comprehensive allelopathic effect values at concentration of 0.025 00, 0.012 50, 0.006 25 g/mL were positive, indicating that the growth of peanuts was accelerated.The three recipient plants showed different levels of sensitivity to the allelopathic effect of G.carolinianum: corn was quite sensitive whereas peanuts and soybeans were relatively less sensitive to the extracts of G.carolinianum.%采用室内生物测定法研究野老鹳草(Geranium carolinianum L.)不同浓度(0、0.100 00、0.050 00、0.025 00、0.012 50、0.006 25 g/mL)茎水浸液对3种植物的化感作用.结果表明,野老鹳草水浸提液对3种受体植物种子萌发和幼苗生长均存在化感作用,且化感作用大小与水浸液浓度呈正相关;所有浓度的野老鹳草茎水浸提液对大豆、玉米的化感综合效应均为负值;0.10、0.05 g/mL野老鹳草茎水浸提液对花生的化感综合效应为负值,即表现为抑制作用;0.025 00、0.012 50、0.006 25 g/mL野老鹳草茎水浸提液对花生的化感综合效应为正值,即表现为促进作用;3种受体植物对野老鹳草的化感作用敏感程度不同,玉米对野老鹳草茎水浸液较敏感,而花生、大豆对野老鹳草茎水浸液较不敏感.
