泥浆絮凝试验中Zeta电位与絮凝现象、脱水能力的相关性探讨

         

摘要

Based on the flocculation dewatering test data in Lianyungang area, the correlation between Zeta po?tential and mud flocculation and dewatering capacity was analyzed, and the Zeta potential was verified as an evalua?tion indicator of flocculation sludge dewatering capacity. By analyzing the correlation between Zeta potential and cake moisture content and flocculation, the results show that:(1) In the three evaluation index, it has some certain correlation between the Zeta potential and flocculation effect,the data show that the point of the best flocculation of?ten appears when the Zeta potential value is close to zero, and the method of evaluating the flocculation effect with the Zeta potential value is logical. (2)Similarly, it has some certain correlation between the Zeta potential and water content of sludge cake. When the water content of sludge cake reaches the lowest and the most stable added amount, the Zeta potential value is close to the isoelectric point and relatively stable. The Zeta potential value can also value the dewatering capacity to a certain degree. Therefore, the method of analyzing the Zeta potential to evalu?ate the mud flocculation dewatering capacity of the coastal dredger fill is basically feasible.%文章基于课题组已有研究成果,通过分析整理文中连云港区絮凝脱水试验数据,进一步分析Ze?ta电位与絮凝效果和絮凝后脱水能力之间的相关性,验证Zeta电位能否作为评价泥浆絮凝脱水能力的指标.通过对絮凝试验的测定参数Zeta电位、泥饼含水率及絮凝效果作相关性分析,结果表明:(1)Zeta电位值的大小与泥浆絮凝效果之间存在着一定的相关性,泥浆絮凝效果最优点往往出现在Zeta电位值接近零点时,Zeta电位值基本可以评价絮凝效果的优良;(2)Zeta电位值的大小对泥浆脱水能力也有着很强的影响,在泥饼含水率最低最稳定的添加量、添加区间,往往Zeta电位值趋近于等电点且相对较稳定,二者表现出一定的相关性.通过分析Zeta电位值的大小及变化过程的稳定性,基本可以评价絮凝后泥浆脱水能力的好坏.
