Based on specific parameters and operating mode of conversion device of ocean buoys, the simplified kinematic equation of the ocean buoys was established.On the basis of MATLAB, the main parameters were ana-lyzed, the device under different significant wave heights and wave angular frequencies was studied in order to re-flect the variation of dynamic response of the device as well as the energy conversion efficiency.The following con-clusions can be got:The dangerous case is the wave with the frequency betweenω=2.8 rad/s andω=3.0 rad/s. When the natural frequency of the device is in this frequency range, it will excite resonance of the generation de-vice.When the frequency is away from the above range, the maximum value of Ka corresponds to the highest effi-ciency of energy conversion.The vibration period of device will not follow the variation of wave heights, but wave heights of too big or too little will have an impact on vibration displacement of the buoys.%参考某类型海洋浮标发电装置的具体参数和作业海况,建立海洋浮标作业过程的简化运动学方程模型.基于数值分析软件MATLAB,对装置的主要参数进行分析,分析了不同波浪角频率和波高海况下该装置的动力学响应与能量转换效率.得到了波浪角频率在(ω=2.8 rad/s,ω=3.0 rad/s)区间为危险海况,装置的固有频率位于此频率范围,易产生共振;波浪角频率安全区间内电磁效率材料比率的最大值对应的能量转换效率最高;波高的变化不会导致装置振动周期的变化,波高过大或过小会影响浮标振动位移.
