底物溶液配比对微生物固化珊瑚砂的影响研究

         

摘要

In order to confirm the best substrate solution ratio in biocementation of coral sand ,5 different ratios of con-centration of urea and calcium chloride solution were analyzed .Systemic analysis were then conducted by testing the per-meability of specimens ,the chemical composition of substrate solution after biocementation ,and unconfined compressive strength of specimens .The results showed that the ratio of concentration of urea and calcium chloride solution could have different impacts on biocementation of coral sand ,low ratio of urea and calcium chloride could negatively influence the ef -fective use of Ca2 + ,while higher ratio of urea and calcium chloride improved the reaction rate and effect of biocemen -taion .However excessively fast reaction rate made the permeability decrease quickly and led to a decreased time of bioce -mentaion and a worse effect of biocementaion .In this test ,the best ratio of concentration of urea and calcium chloride so -lution was recommended as 1 .00:1 ~ 1 .25:1 .%为了确定珊瑚砂的微生物固化试验中底物溶液的最佳配比,使用5种不同尿素 、氯化钙浓度配比的底物溶液对珊瑚砂进行微生物固化.通过固化过程中珊瑚砂试样的渗透性变化 、固化后底物溶液成分对比和单轴压缩试验,综合分析底物溶液配比对微生物固化珊瑚砂的影响.试验表明,底物溶液中尿素与氯化钙的配比对微生物固化珊瑚砂存在一定影响,尿素与氯化钙浓度比值较低时不利于Ca2+的有效利用,尿素与氯化钙的浓度比值越大,微生物固化反应越快,固化效果越好,但过快的固化反应会迅速降低珊瑚砂的渗透性,导致可固化次数减少,从而影响珊瑚砂最终的固化效果,建议底物溶液中尿素与氯化钙的浓度最佳配比为1.00:1~1.25:1.
