某工程注浆加固对地铁隧道收敛影响的分析

         

摘要

某工程施工过程中在地铁隧道上方形成大量堆载,造成隧道出现一定程度变形,从而影响地铁的正常运营.为了抑制堆载对地铁隧道造成的变形,通过双侧注浆施工工艺,在隧道两侧距离隧道壁不同距离处分次进行注浆,对隧道两侧土体进行加固和挤压,以达到对周围土体微扰动的效果.在注浆过程中使用激光测距仪对隧道收敛情况进行实时监测,对注浆后隧道的变形情况进行量化跟踪,以掌握地铁隧道的注浆效果.通过对各次注浆后收敛监测数据的分析可以看出,随着距离地铁隧道由远及近逐排注浆,其收敛累计变化量逐渐增大,地铁隧道因上部堆载造成的不利变形得到了有效的控制,注浆效果明显,可为类似工程提供借鉴和参考.%In the construction of an engineering ,there are large stack above the metro tunnel which caused the deforma-tion of tunnel in certain degree ,the normal operation of the metro was impacted .In order to restrain the deformation , grouting construction in both sides was adopted in different distance of the both sides of the tunnel wall ,the soil on both sides of the tunnel is reinforced and extruded to achieve the effect of micro disturbance of the surrounding soil .Real-time monitoring of the convergence condition of tunnel is proceeded by laser rangefinder in the process of grouting which can quantify the deformation of the tunnel after grouting , thus the metro tunnel grouting effect can be measured precisely . Comparing the convergence monitoring data before and after the grouting ,it can be seen that the convergence cumulative variation increases gradually along with the grouting from far and near of the metro tunnel ,the unfavorable deformation of the metro tunnel caused by the upper stack has been controlled effectively ,the grouting effect is obvious which can pro-vide reference for similar projects .
