A radial type hydraulic bushing was taken as a study object,it was widely used as a vibration isolator in vehicle chassis systems.A lumped parameter (LP)model for a hydro-bushing was applied to its dynamic characteristics analysis.Two-way fluid-structure interaction (FSI)FEA (nonlinear finite element analysis)technique was used to identify the main parameters of the LP model.The FEA method was also applied to calculate the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic bushing.Comparing the calculated results with the experimental data and the numerical prediction results, the feasibility and correctness of the FEA method was verified.The proposed method provided an effective means for design optimuzation and development of hydraulic bushings.%以车辆底盘系统中应用最为广泛的新型隔振元件---径向型液压衬套为研究对象,采用双向液-固耦合非线性有限元分析技术辨识液压衬套动力学性能分析的集总参数模型中的主要物理参数,并结合集总参数模型和非线性有限元法计算分析了液压衬套的动态特性。计算结果与实验结果及数值预测结果对比分析表明,有限元分析技术在液压衬套集总参数识别及动力学性能分析方面的可行性和准确性。对于液压阻尼特征产品设计优化,有限元技术是一种高效经济的开发手段。
