转子系统碰摩故障实验研究进展与展望

         

摘要

针对旋转机械出现的转定子碰摩故障,对实验研究进行全面综述。简单介绍模拟单点、局部及整周碰摩所用实验装置,分析三种碰摩形式出现的典型实验现象;局部碰摩故障在工程实际中为主要碰摩形式,据研究对象将其划分为简单转子系统局部碰摩、复杂转子系统局部碰摩、旋转叶片-机匣局部碰摩及实际机组局部碰摩;并对三种碰摩形式典型故障特征进行对比,分析转定子碰摩实验研究发展方向。%Aiming at the rub-impact fault between rotor and stator in rotating machinery,the development about rub-impact experiments was summarized.The rub-impact experimental devices for single point rub-impact,local rub-impact and full annular rub-impact were introduced and typical experimental phenomena caused by these three types of rub-impacts were analyzed.The main rub-impact mode in practical engineering is the local rub-impact.According to different objects,local rub-impact experiments were divided into four types:①local rub-impact in simple rotor system,②local rub-impact in complicated rotor system,③local rub-impact in rotating blade-casing,④local rub-impact in practical unit.The typical fault features of the three types of rub-impacts were compared and the new research directions about rub-impact experiments were suggested.
