为提高机载电子设备的机械环境适应能力,对某机载电子设备机架的隔振缓冲系统设计进行研究。从隔振缓冲系统的基础理论出发,结合机架的实际要求目标进行仿真分析,提出一套将理论计算、仿真分析和试验验证等先进技术相结合的隔振缓冲系统设计方法和流程。经用某机架的试验验证,表明方法和流程合理,达到了设计目标,并节省了设计的时间和成本。可为类似机架在其它动态环境中应用时的设计作参考。%In order to improve the mechanical environment adaptability of an airborne electronic equipment,the vibration and shock isolation system of an airborne electronic device rack was designed and studied.Based on the basic theory of vibration and shock isolation,an advanced vibration and shock isolation system's design method and flow path were proposed combining theoretic calculation,simulation analysis and test verification.The reasonability of the method and flow path was verified with the test results of a certain rack to reach the design goal and save the design time and cost. The results provided a reference for design of similar racks under other dynamic environments.
