阻尼材料动态参数测量的波数方法

     

摘要

为了减少阻尼材料动态参数测量中试件的个数,降低测试中人力、物力的消耗,提出了一种测量阻尼材料宽频带动态性能参数的波数方法.该测量方法主要基于McDaniel方法,先获得自由阻尼结构的复波数,再通过复刚度公式反推阻尼层材料的弹性模量及损耗因子.测量结果与共振梁法测量值进行对比,验证了波数方法的正确性,表明该方法可用于阻尼材料动态性能参数的测试,进而达到用少量试件测量阻尼材料宽频带动态性能参数的目的.同时开展了测量结果的误差分析,仿真结果表明,波数方法对弹性模量较大的阻尼材料测试效果精度较高,试件阻尼层与基底层厚度比取5以上时可获得理想的测量结果.%Although the resonance beam test method has advantages of accuracy and steady, there is great cost to manufacture and test a series of beam due to wide bandwidth and small interval which is acquired in experiment. To decrease number of beam in test of damping material,wave number method is introduced firstly to measure dynamic parameters of damping material to cut down the cost. This method, which based on the McDaniel method, tests complex wave number in unconstrained damping structure at first. Then, the wave number is substituted in equation of complex bending stiffness to get young's modulus and loss factor. The experiment results and data tested by factory are compared to prove the accuracy of wave number method, it achieves the goal of decreasing consumption in test. The error enlarge factor is analyzed in process of young's modulus and loss factor calculation, the simulation results show that the larger young's modulus is, the test data is more accurate, the best ratio scale of damping layer and base layer is up to 5.
