前列地尔对动脉硬化及合并冠心病患者血小板聚集率的影响分析

ObjectiveTo investigate and analyze the effects of alprostadil on the aggregation rate in the arteriosclerosis and coronary heart disease patients with platelet.MethodsIn our hospital from February 2013 to 2015 March were 75 cases of arteriosclerosis and coronary heart disease in patients with, according to the different treatment methods, patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group was treated with conventional therapy, the treatment group was treated with alprostadil in the treatment group based on the control.Resultsin 3min platelet aggregation rate, maximum aggregation rate, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C and other aspects, compared to before treatment and after treatment, significant difference, but the difference in Changes in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05), with statistical signiifcance.ConclusionIn the process of hardening of the arteries and combined therapy in patients with coronary heart disease by alprostadil can signiifcantly decreased in patients with platelet aggregation rate, improve patients with thrombosis, regulating the level of blood lipid in normal level, improve the prognosis.%目的：探讨分析前列地尔对动脉硬化及合并冠心病患者血小板聚集率的影响。方法选择2013-02至2015-03重庆市长寿区妇幼保健院收治的75例动脉硬化及合并冠心病患者，根据患者治疗方法的不同，将患者分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规药物治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予前列地尔。结果在血小板3 min聚集率、最大聚集率、TC、TG、LDL-c、HDL-c等方面，治疗前和治疗后相比，有明显差异，但是在差异改变方面，观察组显著优于对照组（P<0.05），具有统计学意义。结论在动脉硬化及合并冠心病患者治疗过程中采用前列地尔可明显地降低患者的血小板聚集率，改善患者的血栓形成，调节患者的血脂水平处于正常水平，改善预后。
