均力带轮的结构及理论分析

A structure of sheave, which is used in V-belts powertransmission is dealt with in the paper. Through theoretical analysis following results are reached: this type of sheave structure can make the initial tension of particular V-belts equally distributed and always keep the equal condition. Use of this type of sheave can lengthen durability of the V-belts and increase transmitted power.%提出了一种用于V带传动的均力带轮结构.通过理论分析得出下述结论:该带轮能实现各带初拉力均匀并始终保持均匀状态.使用这种带轮能延长V带寿命并增加传递的功率.
