基于产品差异的闭环供应链绩效分析

         

摘要

Game theory was used to develop the model of a closed-loop supply chain system including one manufacturer and one retailer. The impacts of consumer approval and recycling remanu-facturing cost on product sale and supply chain performance were analysed under different degrees of product difference existing in decentralized structure. The result shows that in the case of very high consumer approval,recycling remanufacturing is an important strategic option;in the case of very low consumer approval,rational choice is leave recycling remanufacturing out of account;and in the case of middle consumer approval,product remanufacturing depends on recycling and remanufacturing cost.%针对新品与再制造品有差异的情况,利用博弈论对制造商、零售商构成的两级闭环供应链系统进行建模,着重分析在分散决策方式下,消费者对再制造品的认可度以及回收再制造成本对产品销量和供应链绩效的影响.研究表明,当消费者对再制造品的认可度很高时,回收再制造是制造商和零售商获利的一种重要战略选择;当消费者对再制造品的认可度很低时,制造商的理性选择是不考虑进行产品回收再制造;当消费者对再制造品的认可度中等时,是否进行产品再制造则要视回收再制造成本而定,当回收再制造成本较低时考虑进行产品的回收再制造,当回收再制造成本较高时则不考虑回收再制造,只生产新品.
