为了获得具有较好分散性的粉体以满足陶瓷成型要求,采用不同含量的硬脂酸球磨改性ZTA粉体.研究表明:通过对粉体的处理,使硬脂酸中的羧基(—COOH)与粉体中的羟基(—OH)发生反应,使粉体由极性变成了非极性.粉体分散性和流动性有较大的改善,平均粒径也有所降低.%In order to get ceramic powder with better dispersity to meet the requirement of ceramic product formation, stearic acid was introduced to improve the powder properties. After treatment, the powder shows better dispersibility and flowability and the average diameter decreases also. It is concluded that a covalent bond is formed between hydroxyl group of ZTA surface and carboxyl group of stearic acid, and the polar powder changes to nonpolar after the treatment.
