社区文明度定量评价系统

摘要

To overcome the irrationality of the existing weighted statistical evaluation methods,the thesis combines analytic hierarchy process with fuzzy clustering method,builds interval judgment matrices to get the evaluation of weighting sets,improves the algorithm of choosing big or small and the maximal subjection degree of the evaluation result,and finally presents an objective,rational and quantitative evaluation system,which offers a scientific reference to community improvement.The sample analysis indicates that the evaluation system is quite effective.%针对现有的加权统计评价方法的不合理性,运用层次分析法及多层次模糊综合评价方法,对取大取小算法和评价结果的最大隶属度原则进行改进,并建立对比矩阵以计算权重,最终构建多因素作用下的社区文明程度客观、合理、直观的综合评价系统,为社区改进工作的制定和实施提供了必要的科学参考.实例分析表明该评价系统取得较好的效果.
