基于理论视角研究宏观经济政策对企业投融资行为的影响

摘要

自从MM定理提出以来,对投融资行为的研究基本在此基础上展开.然而,近年来的一些研究显示,考虑宏观经济政策与微观企业行为的互动具有重要意义.在全面梳理企业投融资研究文献的基础上,重点分析了最近对宏观经济政策与微观企业行为互动的研究,进而提出未来应加强对宏观经济政策影响下的企业投融资行为研究,并对其研究方向进行了展望.%From the MM theory being raised,most of the researches on the firm's investment and financing behaviors have taken it as abasis.However,recently some literatures show that it is important to consider the interaction between the macroeconomics policy and micro-firm's activities.A comprehensive description was made on the literatures reguarding the investment and financing activities,and especially the research on the relation between the macroeconomics policy and micro-firm's activities was focussed on.It also shows that it is important to study the firm's investment and financing behaviors based on the impact of macroeconomics policy.The prospects of the research in this direction was also presented.
