摘要

中华组织制度的变革由来已久，历代行政体系和职官建制的特色。官吏选用制度不断完善，科举制度的建立和发展使官吏叙用铨选实现了正规化。%The change of China organization system has a long history;the administrative systems and the offi-cial structures in past dynasties have characteristics.
