轴承滚动体研磨钢泥还原铁粉的粉末冶金工艺性能

     

摘要

生产轴承滚动体时会产生大量的研磨钢泥,该废料堆积造成环境污染和资源的浪费,因此钢泥废料的资源化处理具有深远的意义。钢泥经过除油、还原处理后可制成具有一定性能的还原铁粉。在还原铁粉中加入石墨、电解铜粉、羰基铁粉等,研究不同球磨时间(1,3,5,7,9 min)和压制压力(600,800,1000,1200 MPa)对合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明:随着球磨时间的延长和压制压力的增大,试样的密度和硬度都呈增长的趋势,但都有一个峰值;试样烧结体的组织由铁素体和珠光体组成。%Amounts of steel scrap generate from smoothing process during production of bearing rollers,the accumulation of steel scrap cause environmental pollution and resource waste. Its resource utilization has great significance. It can be made into reduction iron powder by oil removal and hydrogen reduction. Add in reduc-tion iron powder with graphite,electrolytic copper and carbonyl iron powder,the effects of milling time (1,3, 5,7,9 min) of powder mixtures and different pressure (600,800,1000,1 200 MPa) on the microstructure and room-temperature mechanical properties of the alloy were investigated. The results show as follows:the densi-ty and hardness of the alloy were increased with ball milling time prolonging and pressure increasing but they both have a maximum peak and the microstructure was made up of ferrite and pearlite.
