热轧H型钢控冷过程温度场研究

         

摘要

为了改善热轧H型钢组织状态,本文采用有限元数值模拟不同控冷工艺下的热轧H型钢温度场,获得较优控制冷却工艺:从初冷温度900℃,空冷5 s,再水冷6 s(水流密度不同,其中R角强冷为5.5 L/(m?2s),腹板3.5L/(m?2s),翼缘为4.5L/(m?2s),最后空冷5s.结果表明:温度场模拟值与实测数据基本相符,合理的控冷方案会细化金相组织的晶粒,从而提高了H型钢的力学性能,为进一步优化控冷工艺提供了理论基础.%In order to improve the micro-structure of hot-rolled H beam,temperature fields of hot-rolled H beam in different cooling control procedures were numerically simulated by using FEM and,the better con-trolled cooling process was suggested. From the initial cold temperature of 900 ℃,H beam was firstly air-cooled 5 s,then water-cooled 6 s(density of water is different,the R Angle of strong cold at 5.5 L/(m2·s), the web at 3.5 L/(m2·s),the flange at 4.5 L/(m2·s),finally air-cooled 5 s.The results showed that the mea-sured and simulated values were with good agreements.Reasonable controlled cooling scheme can refine the size of microstructure grain. Mechanical properties can be greatly improved. It provides the theoretical basis for the further optimization of controlled cooling process.
