论文用固相反应法,合成了一系列掺Tm3+的Na3La2(BO3)3[Na3(La1-xTmx)2(BO3)3]发光体,X-射线粉末衍射数据分析表明它们属于正交晶系,空间群为Amm2.测量了红外光谱、荧光光谱,观察到在352nm、457nm处有较强的荧光发射,并研究了发光强度与Tm3+离子浓度(x)的关系,从而确定了Tm3+离子在Na3La2(BO3)3基质中发光的适宜浓度.%In this paper, a series of Na3(La1-xTmx)2(BO3)3 (x=0~1.0) aresynthesized by using the high-temperature solid state reaction method at 700 ℃~950 ℃. X-ray diffraction analysis shows that both of them belong to orthorhombic systems, space group Amm2. The measurement of the infrared spectra indicates that the basic anionic group is the BO3-3 group. Furthermore, The luminescent properties of Tm3+ in Na3La2(BO3)3 host are investigated by the excitation and emission spectra at room temperature. The strongest transition (3P0→3H4, 352 nm) and transition (1D2→3H4, 457 nm)of Tm3+ are observed under the excitation of 262 nm and 358 nm, respectively. According to the concentra ion dependence of Tm3+ on emission intensity, it is proved that the suitable concentration of Tm3+ luminescence is about 4 mol%.
