一种多巴胺分子印迹的电化学传感器

     

摘要

利用分子印迹技术,结合聚苯胺、多壁碳纳米管和金纳米粒子一丝素蛋白复合物构建新型检测多巴胺的分子印迹电化学传感器.分子印迹聚合物以多巴胺为模板,正硅酸乙酯和苯基三乙氧基硅烷为功能单体合成.当pH值为7.0,模板与单体的物质的量比为1∶5时,该传感器的线性范围为5.0×10-8~9×10-6mol/L,检测限(LOD)为1.02×10-8 mol/L.重复实验的相对标准偏差为5.4%.%A novel sensitive molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor has been developed for selective detection of dopamine by combination of polyaniline, multiwalled carbon nanotube and gold nanoparticle-silk fibroin composite. The moleeuJarly imprinted polymer (MIP) was synthesized using dopamine as the template molecule, tetraethyl orthosilicate and trietboxyphenylsilane as the functional monomers. Under pH = 7.0 and the template-monomer ratio of 1: 5, the current response had a linear relationship with the concentration of dopamine in the range of 5.0 × 10 -8 mol/L -9 × 10-6 mol/L ,with a limit of detection 1. 02 × 10 -8 mol/L. The relative standard deviation ( RSD) of the repeated experiments was 5.4% .
