核型分析技术在沙棘品种进化研究中的应用

     

摘要

The comprehensive karyotype characteristics of chromosomes in Hippophae Rhamnoides L. with 4 strains of Russia and 2 strains of China are studied. The results show that all of chromosomes in these six species are composed of middle centromere or sub-middle centromere, with the same chromosome number 2 n =24 and karyotype type 2 A or 2 B, and that there are polymerphism karyomere existing among the stains. This work provides one way of how to classify the species under the infraspecific taxa and how to select breeding materials on Hippophae Rhamnoides L. Furthermore, this work would give us an instruction about the reference of Russian species breeding experiences and plant introduction and domestication among different areas or ecological environments.%以4个俄罗斯沙棘品种和2个中国沙棘优良品种为供试材料,对其染色体的核型特征进行分析,结果表明:6个沙棘品种全部由亚中部着丝点或中部着丝点组成,染色体数目为2n =24,核型的类型为2B和2A型.以上研究结果为沙棘种下类群划分以及沙棘育种材料的选择提供了依据;同时也为借鉴俄罗斯沙棘育种经验和不同地域和生态环境间的相互引种及驯化提供指导.
