回顾近年来的文献，对体外循环后全身炎症反应综合征的形成机制和防治进展进行阐述。%Literature on the inflammatory response to CPB was reviewed to define current knowledge on the possible pathways ,and to discus s recent developments of therapeutic interventions aimed at attenuating the infl ammatory response to CPB .
