Traumatic brain injury ( TBI) is a prominent issue in modern society ,which has high morbidity and mortality ,and social harmness ,has received high traumatic academic attention .In this paper ,the mechanism of secondary brain injury and the application of metabotropic glutamate receptor modulators after injury were reviewed .%颅脑损伤（TBI）是现代社会中的一个突出问题，以其致残率和致死率高、社会危害性大等原因，一直备受创伤学界的关注。本文对继发性颅脑损伤的机制及代谢型谷氨酸受体调节剂在伤后的应用进行了综述。
